During an appointment, you never feel rushed and can ask as many questions as required. The vets are very knowledgeable and will explore all avenues in order to resolve your pet's medical issues. The vets call you back promptly as soon as lab test results are in and give detailed explanations. If more intensive treatment is required (cancer treatments or bone surgery for example) the vets of L'Hôpital Véterinaire du Village collaborate with the Centre Véterinaire DMV in Dorval. Thank you Dr. Cardinal and his team for years of excellent service.

  My dog had a hangnail. The nail was broken past the living tissue so it was not a big deal but it was bothering my dog so I brought him to vet. The guy cut the nail at the root. Profuse bleeding. I've never heard an animal scream so loud. Totally unprofessional; the nail could have been cut longer. Circa 2002; no reviews back then.
