  I go to the Lakeshore for phlebotomies and get my blood work done there about once or twice a year my 5 stars rating is for the nurses and staff at the blood test center and room 1900 who are always nice to me they make the whole procedure go very smoothly thanks!

  Everything is up to expectations: waiting time, rendez vous, kidney specialist, nuclear analysis, blood analysis. I am already donating to the Hospital Fund and plan to volunteer soon to help in the hallways and direct patients. Thnaks to all.

  The blood clinic is the worst. The wait times aren't entirely awful, but when you go in my biggest complaint is the annoying old guy that's right up your @$$ making sure you avoid the clerk's at all cost for whatever reason. He is always rude and today was no exception, as when he saw me grab my own number, he got pissy. Stop trying to make your job seem more exciting than it is, and let people do what they need to! if people need to ask questions, let them, and people are fully capable of taking their own numbers! this is the second elderly man they've hired too stand there and play Mall Cop. Is he really necessary?
