  I can't praise this clinic enough. I've been a client at this clinic ever since it opened. Dr. Spooner and her staff work hard for every patient and deserve to be commended for their compassion and dedication. You never feel like you're just a number here. It bothers me to see negative reviews over petty issues because it could potentially deprive somebody from getting great care. The fact that it's a a feline-only clinic is definitely an asset. Not being in the presence of barking dogs sure takes the edge off the patients (and their owners). Thanks, Dr. Spooner! Thanks also to Hope and Brianna who go above and beyond the call of duty.

  expert in cat care. I love this vet, her staff, and how caring they are in helping and educating people. This vet has helped me through some very tricky rescue situations, and her and her staff always take the time to listen, provide advice and suggestions, and not to overload my budget. THANK YOU!!!!!

  Beware. I started using Hill's metabolic diet August 2014 since my cat needed to lose weight. As a promotion for this expensive product, I was told by the vet clinic that if I buy 3 bags, I would get 1 free. Well, when I went to pick up my free bag, the vet did not have any in stock but they said they would put one aside for me. I was unable to come to the clinic the next week. When I went there the following week, I was told someone else had picked up my free bag, claiming it was for my cat. I asked the vet if that person had signed for it and she said no. I asked for the person's name but the vet said she had not asked since the person knew my cat's name. Now the vet refuses to give me my free bag. This is unfair. Why should I have to pay for the vet's mistake? If they leave information lying around their clinic that an immoral person can read and use to their advantage, why should I suffer for it? I am not a liar and I believe this vet should do the right thing and give me the free bag that I am entitled to receive instead of treating me like some kind of con artist.
